Question 1: What is the time period of Aurmata?

Answer:

There is no real time period. At least, no year to base it off the rest of the world. Aurmata is it's own world, this site is in a different universe. So cars, cell phones, computers, other modern day things, don't exist here. But! The rest of the world does. So if you wish for your character to come from somewhere in Europe, that's fine.

Just remember, that the rest of the world is in the same "time period" as Aurmata. And most likely demons and wild creatures roam the rest of the world, just like Aurmata.

Question 2: What language or culture does Aurmata have?

Answer:

At the moment there is no Aurmatan language. [Not to say if I don't get bored in the coming months I won't make one.] Any and all languages can be used on this site, for names and what not. As for culture, it's just a mix of everything. The different provinces of Aurmata have their own cultures and things they do, they don't really match any cultures in today's Real World.
